What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique is a psychological version of acupressure, incorporating methods from Ancient Chinese Medicine and modern-day Applied Kinesiology.  It is an extremely easy and fun technique for everyone to learn on this one-day workshop, and then apply whenever you need it.

What does it do?

It releases traumas and negative limiting emotions, beliefs and behaviours that prevent you being in a state of harmony and joy - we all deserve to live life to the full and now we have a tool to help.

An EFT session involves gently tapping a sequence of energy points on the body with the fingertips, which releases negative emotions permanently - taking just minutes!  You will easily learn exactly how to do this so you can use in on yourself primarily, but also on family and friends - as such it is an invaluable tool!
